Our billing system is capable of maintaining account activity for multiple locations, in order to assist those organizations managing multiple facilities. The billing of all call center based activities, both triage and answering services, provides customers with the opportunity to project usage patterns and cost, facility by facility. This unique billing system will become a valuable tool for physician practices to develop the demand management strategy of the future.
Triage reports are typically faxed to the primary care provider and/or ancillary specialists the morning following the triage encounter. They may be faxed elsewhere, however, in accordance to the physician's instructions. These reports are maintained at the call center as a permanent patient record and are in a read-only format. Should the recipient misplace a triage record, a copy may be requested from MedDial.
Monthly reports will be sent to the physician practice detailing monthly triage related activity and may include information on other activity as requested by the physician.
